The Mandate for Obama(Pelosi, Reid)-Care

Does it follow under the Interstate Commerce Clause? I guess we'll find out if Anthony Kennedy thinks so. Although, it worries me, does this (and Wickard v. Filburn) mean the federal government can regulate anything (besides "privacy" of course) it wants to. That it is just a matter of how far they (Congress, the President) are willing to go? What happened to "enumerated powers" or the rule of law? I might to be able to see it, if you could buy health care across state lines, but you can't.
