Nature and Nurture

What about noise? I'm certainly not smart enough, and haven't taken a BIO class since 1994, but this at least on the face of it looks reasonable. That maybe, just maybe, the (roughly) 50% of non genetic based outcomes in life don't come from environment. Who knows?
